Big Red

The Campos Family wanted to create an Estate blend, an every day, easy drinking red wine for all to enjoy.  It’s a colorful blend of 35% Petite Sirah, 60% Cab Franc & 5% Zinfandel. We added the Cab Franc as it’s a wonderful blending grape. This wine really speaks about the hearty variety of grapes on the property.  Big Red was aged in Oak and has notes of dark berry jam, plum, blackberry and some spice. Give it a good swirl and enjoy the beautiful aromas!  Pairs well with grilled meats, burgers, salami and soft cheeses. Share Big Red with your closest friends!!

Petite Sirah, Cab Franc and Zinfandel make up this flaming red-head.  Some long lasting deep cherry flavors with a hint of spice for the finish.  A great party wine. In honor of Suzanne
