Sauvignon Blanc

This is a green-skinned grape that originated in the Bordeaux Region of France. High in acid and low in sugar, this is a beautifully bright, crisp, slightly sweet every day wine.  Delicious juicy fruit forward flavors such as honeydew melon, peach, and vanilla. Pairs nicely with goat cheese, green vegetables, oysters and white fish.  Sauvignon Blanc is one of our very favorites all year round!
